touch scroll not working for pinnedLeft or non pinned items in tree-view

Go to this grid and try to scroll vertically using touch emulation (not mouse) in chrome you will see the first, second, third columns do not scroll down but last pinned column will scroll. 

Tried in a couple browsers 
Chrome Version 49.0.2623.87 (64-bit)
iOS Mobile safari 9.3
