Intervals for timer in min and hr are inconsistent

Firmware version: v0.23

Steps to reproduce:

Under data logging, set unit to min or hr
Then increase value by clicking + or decrease by clicking -
As observed, the interval is inconsistent.

Second increments by 1.
Minute increments by 0.002
Hour starts at 1, increment/decrement changes selection to minute.
