[BUG] Audio oscillates and breaks down when FluidVoice is active and playing music / audio from Dia browser #702

Description

@gini007

Describe the bug

In the past few days the audio to my Airpod Maxes has started to oscillate quickly and stop working when FluidVoice is active and I am playing music / audio from Spotify / Youtube on a Dia browser tab. I'm not sure which of these is the root cause and haven't been able to fully nail down the sequence, but when my audio starts oscillating (high/low/high/low, with significant interuption to quality), then I close FluidVoice, and reconnect my headphones, audio restores to normal. This does not happen when I simply reconnect my headphones without closing FluidVoice.

Reproduction steps

  1. Play audio on Dia browser (both Spotify and youtube have same effect), Fluidvoice should be closed
  2. Open FluidVoice
  3. Audio starts breaking up
  4. Close FluidVoice
  5. Reconnect headphones
  6. Audio clears

Expected behavior

Audio should not break up when FluidVoice is running in the background. This is without activating the recording, just having the app open at all.

Actual behavior

Audio oscillates and breaks up: https://drive.google.com/file/d/14LxSX7p4_I_05n_iDIgtBRm3n_2gOJ9y/view?usp=sharing
