[BUG] Installation of Parakeet (and other voice engines) failing on Mac

Describe the bug

Installation of Parakeet and other voice engines is failing with the error "Hugging Face rate limit encountered: Rate limited while listing files"

Reproduction steps

1. Open Fluid Voice
2. Go to settings
3. Go to Voice Engines
4. Click on download on any of the voice engines

Expected behavior

Download and installation successful

Actual behavior

Download fails
