translations doesn't work on linguist #44

PyQt5 version: 5.13.0
pyqt5-tools version: 5.13.0.1.5

I put a linguist_zh_CN.qm to pyqt5_tools\Qt\bin\translations, but the translations doesn't work on linguist like the picutre below.
