Starting from 3.14.4 Alpine not reacting on new elements after dom change

This problem was earlier and discussed a lot of times. E.g. #412
When it was solved have no information, but in AlpingeJs from 3.12 to 3.14.3 all worked as expected on dom change in pair with Livewire 2.
Since 3.14.4 again problem appeared.
