[FEATURE]: Modifications to Site Health

Description

Add warnings for any Core features we don’t want to strictly disable (but we recommend) and disable warnings for things that we purposely do.

Use Case

Adding this to Alleyvate will better inform site users and developers alike of our standards and best practices around site health.
