Publish to Open VSX

Many developers have transitioned to alternative code editors due to the AI features that are either unavailable or not offered for free in VS Code. Therefore, it would be beneficial to upload this toolkit to https://open-vsx.org/, allowing developers to utilize it with any editor that supports .vsx files.
