Add outbound type selector not success #492

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to '/app/outbounds'
Click on 'ADD button'
Choose type 'Selector' and Fill form
Click save button
Form not close
POST request (/app/api/save) in network always pending
After this all other forms stop allow editing other data until the panel is restarted.

It is a bug in upstream (core) which will be fixed in next version (1.12).
