Clarification on UMI based SJ quantification

Hey Alex,

I couldn't find any documentation on the SJ quantification for single cell datasets in either the manual or the preprint. I was wondering for multiple reads for a single UMI can contribute to multiple SJ (but only once per SJ) in the matrix? I'm assuming this is true, but I just wanted to make sure.
