perl support

I've been wanting to tackle perl support in ragel for years now, and I think I'm ready to get serious about it.

If there is any documentation related to implementing a target language, could someone please point it out.?

I've looked at what I think are where the supported languages are implemented - but beyond it's currently going to be an exercise that takes an existing implementation that I just then fiddle with until I figure out where to place the perl bits.
