makeotf does not assign the double encoding to a glyph when there is a space after the comma in the GOADB. Only the first value is assigned.

Here, only uni0020 is assigned:
space space uni0020, uni00A0

Here, both uni0020 and uni00A0 are assigned:
space space uni0020,uni00A0
