Subject of the enhancement

The a11y classes that hide content visually while keeping it accessible to assistive technologies have been updated in core (waiting on PR adaptlearning/adapt-contrib-core#611).

All "skip to" button should be updated for consistency. see original issue comment for reference.

Waiting on #313 (see discussion for reference).
