SEN66 returns 65535 for first data read, better to skip first value than mess up all the graphs

First value after poweron is 65535 for CO2 and other metrics on the SEN6x family.

This devastates the graphs as the normal values are less than 3k (400-2000 approx) so the y-axis scale is blown up.
