Better Queue management Options

I'd like to know more about my position in the queue, which jobs in the queue 
are mine, and have the option to cancel my jobs in the queue if need be. I've 
been staring at the post-upload page now for 20 minutes, and it hasn't moved me 
from being number 4 in the queue. I don't know if the queue is halted, or 
progressing. Obviously I can't see other people's data, but I'd like to know 
that the queue is working.

I think so. I think it is absolutely necessary to know: 1-which is your exact 
position in the queue and 2-Add/delete/modify jobs in the queue by jobs' 
owners. Obviously, just  as Stabari said, nobody wants to know the job of other 
persons. It is only to schedule efficiently our jobs. And the queue of 
shpescape will peform better. I think.

But why i can't do that offline? In a regular, beauty and simple software? It 
would be so FAST.
