Incomplete Fusion table uploading out of 594 row 590 are uploaded so missing polygon

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.uploading a shape file with .zip format of approx 594 line
2.I have tried like half a dozen times but still persisten
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected output is a complete shapefile in fusion table format

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
