What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Upload attached zip shapefile
2. Export it to Fusion Tables
3. Check strings in MUNI field

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Non-english ISO8859-1 characters are not properly imported. UTF codeset 
admitted in SHP files is not supported and characters like Á, Ñ, Ç... are 
treated as if they were ISO.

I have problems with danish chars æ ø å and have send you a comment about 
this but not sure you got it? Is there something to do about this in your 
fantastic software, please?
