Missing TokContext type

Hi,

acornjs/acorn-jsx#130 was merged into master (not yet released), and it makes reference to acorn's TokContext (at https://github.com/acornjs/acorn-jsx/blob/main/index.d.ts#L27-L29 ) which has apparently since been removed from acorn (the committed file was moved from dist to src at 2ffb70f#diff-54264f4c1c581436877d9c8fdf994896d43951d5e93b79c5ba06324f7598f75d ). Is this a type definition which can be added back so acorn-jsx can make use of it?

Also, the Parser class has an acorn property added (see https://github.com/acornjs/acorn/blob/master/acorn/src/index.js#L54-L74 ) which is not reflected in the types. Are you open to a PR for this?

See #1260 . The exported types are intentionally targeting parser users, not parser extensions.
