Marketing roles can't see the admin tab to create a new event #618

Users with marketing roles should have privileges to create a new event in the admin tab.

To reproduce on the testing API:

Login with [email protected], password = password

Expected Behavior: Marketing role users should have an admin panel with the "Create Event" button.
