Add Admin Resume Table Sort + Filter Options

We don't currently have any column options to sort or filter through data quickly which may help in the future to sift through the large amount of resumes. The "Uploader" and "Date Uploaded" columns should be sortable in ascending/descending order, and the "Major" and "Graduation Year" should be able to filter by.
