Not super urgent but I found something interesting with the photo upload feature on the portal's event creation. Basically, after uploading an event, the uploaded event's photo stays on there, instead of going away immediately. This doesn't really break anything cuz if I try to upload a new event without removing the old photo or adding a new one, the form will just tell me that I'm missing a photo. And so if I add a new photo on top of the old one, it'll just create the event with the most recent photo that I added. Hopefully what I said makes sense lol but yeah it's doesn't break anything so it's not bad.

Let's try fixing this bug by refactoring store's Image Upload component.
