Time picker for chakra

I am hoping to find a chakra time picker / headless timepicker to use with chakra, and was wondering if this library supports time selection?

FWIW i know the built in is a pretty decent experience, but i wish there was one that allowed for increments of 30 min ('steps' doesnt seem to be a thing in modern browsers?) and it would be awesome if there were suggested times (like 3 - 5 quick ones)
