Debt Form - Collect email of the other party involved

• While entering new debt, users should be able to special optional email of the other party involved (debtor/creditor). If the email is specified, due debt reminders will also be sent to the other party along with the user himself (currently being sent only to the user) whether for the user's debts or claims; updates made to the debt details or when closed will also be sent to the other party.
• users should be able to edit the other party's email or remove it if they want the other party to stop removing email updates
