+# Easy Chuck Roast Instant Pot (High Pressure)
+
+1. Set out two 2-lb packages of chuck roast for 1 hour. Let them warm to room temperature.
+2. Pour 1 cup of water and splash some worchestershire sauce for flavor. You be the judge.
+3. Put in both chuck roasts. Optional: salt and pepper the tops if you want.
+4. High pressure cook for 2 hours. Natural release.
+
+It takes 15 minutes to get up to temp.
