Reactor turns on but reactor controller stays blinking red

Java: OpenJDK 21.0.4 (Red Hat)
NeoForge: 21.1.81
Extreme Reactors: 1.21.1-2.4.16
Modpack: All The Mods 10

The reactor seems to be working normally, but when it is powered on and producing energy/heat, the reactor controller stays blinking red. Unfortunately I have not seen anything in the logs to help deduce what may be happening.
