Reproduce steps:

  1. Create first reactor from manual and Integrated Dynamics network like on the picture below
    More detailed:
    Energy Interface to power tap
    Storage Terminal
    Energy Battery
    connect them all with Logic Cable

  2. Insert Yellorute Ingot to reactor, turn it on

  3. When internal buffer is full the energy will not move to battery and lost

  4. Exit from world and enter again

  5. Energy starts normally move to battery

I will report this issue to Integrated Dynamics too, but it works fine with Solar Flux Reborn mod, so it may be Extreme Reactors bug
