html-extra-css no longer works #13

The html-extra-css tag could previously be used to add additional extra css style files to an exported html file. This useful functionality has been removed in #5

Other tags, such as html-head-javascript-src, html-head-javascript, and html-head-favicon also seem to have been dropped.
