Timeout getting parameters

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Using arducopter 3.0 rc5 and ardustation 2.0.18
2. Turn both on, start feeds on ardustation
3. Navigate to get parameters.... 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect: Parameters will load (and hopefully about as quickly as with a PC?)
Result: Parameters start loading but a timeout prevents the load from 
completing, so parameters are not all loaded.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Using arducopter 3.0 rc5 and ardustation 2.0.18

Please provide any additional information below.
