Resolve The Following:

Hoppers can interact with container base-blocks such as chests, furnaces, etc.
If there is more than one page of base-blocks, clicking a base-block on the second page does not work, in result the first page no longer works either.
Beacon base-blocks can be triggered like normal beacons.
