Fleet UI Epic — Honryū Visibility & Control
The KILD UI has zero fleet awareness. Honryū is treated as just another kild in the sidebar. The Tōryō has less visibility than a CLI user running
kild list --json.Goal: Make the UI the Tōryō's command center — at least parity with what the brain sees via CLI, presented visually.
