Fleet UI Epic — Honryū Visibility & Control

The KILD UI has zero fleet awareness. Honryū is treated as just another kild in the sidebar. The Tōryō has less visibility than a CLI user running kild list --json.

Goal: Make the UI the Tōryō's command center — at least parity with what the brain sees via CLI, presented visually.

Design Decisions

  • Dashboard evolves into Fleet view — When fleet mode is active, Dashboard becomes the fleet command table. When no fleet, shows existing card grid.
  • Inject via command bar — Persistent input bar at bottom of Fleet view. Select a worker, type, send.
  • Brain terminal pinned — In Control view, one pane slot pins to the brain terminal when fleet is active.
  • FleetStore — New state module, separate refresh cadence (3s for fleet data vs 60s for session lifecycle).
