I was unable to find any vagrant box or docker containers for the OS.
If it's available, please share a link here (and maybe in your WRLinux downloads section).
It's handy to have for some development purposes!
If there is a suggested method of development and testing apart from Docker or Vagrant, please elaborate.
Thanks :)

The build environment is designed to be Linux OS agnostic, as long as the OS is 'recent enough'. (There are some details in the documentation on minimum OS kernel versions and such.)
I know of many users that use Docker containers to work in. They simply start with a CentOS, Fedora, Ubuntu or other system that meets the minimum requirements and then install the build environment into that.
