Describe the bug

On https://github.com/WillCodeForCats/solaredge-modbus-multi/wiki/Template-Sensors-for-Power-and-Energy the entity names turn out not correct anymore in the template sensor(s) descriptions. With the most recent version of solaredge-modbus-multi the entity names start with 'solaredge_multi_' while in the example they start with 'solaredge_' making them 'unavailable'..

Expected behavior

Please rename them in the documantation

Entity names will start with what you type in the "Sensor Prefix" field when adding a hub for the first time. The default is "SolarEdge".

When you add a hub this field sets the sensor prefix:
