1. When I try to cancel a plan (set with trial days)

When I click on it this is what I get

3. When a user purchases a plan
   For example, $25 monthly renews with a 7-day trial
   If they have a balance in their wallet

• This is deducted from the wallet balance Regardless of trial days - this happens immediately
  Which shouldn't happen in my opinion
  Are plans with a monthly payment supposed to reach the wallet?

Yes I see the subscription is active
and I was also able to cancel from there
