display filename/image title on hover in back-end gallery view

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
My client wishes that in a view where you can see images in a gallery, there would be a label for the filename/image title when the pointer is above an image. Now it is possible to see the picture title when pressing the edit symbol, but these labels showing all the time when seeing pictures would be really helpful for us.
