Uploading from folder with deleete option behavior

If you upload files from a folder and select the "Delete from folder" option, but you forget the save the gallery and just refresh the page, the images will not be part of your gallery and they will also be deleted from the folder.

You can find them in the Media Libarry, but I think it would be better to just force an update of the gallery when this option is selected to make sure the images are saved in the gallery.
