Remove unneeded spaces in the header

The lines 1587 and 1589 of CancerVar.py:
fw.write("#%s\t%s\t%s\t%s\t%s\t%s\t%s\t%s\t%s\t%s\t%s\t%s\tclinvar: %s \t CancerVar: %s \t%s ...
introduce unneeded blank spaces around clinvar: and CancerVar: fields.
This can cause a "frameshift" in the interpretation of the header in some software (the pun is intentional)
I would suggest to remove the blankspaces
