Hi.
What the input should be like if I want to perform command-line CancerVar for CNA data. I dont find the example data in this repository.

CNA of gene currently only can be annotated by web server.

Hi. Can CNA-related data (such as drug, response ...) in the web server be downloaded? I want to integrated a list of actionable CNA.
