Add Dedup tests (dedup_test.cc) to the unit test project + fix some dedup tests

Existing Dedup tests (dedup_test.cc) is not added to the unit test project.

And the below test are failing on the master branch.
	action_dict_builder
	compression_transformer
	dedup_disable_compression
	dedup_enable_compression 

**Improve**
Add test for checking app_id in the generic event for dedup.
