What happened?
I sent my laptop to sleep mode, then detached it from my external flat screen display.
Then i wok it up again in stand alone mode, using the built-in display.
The external display has a big, smaller resolution with a small font scaling.
The built-in display has an even higher resolution with a somewhat higher font scaling percentage.
When looking after the still open VBox control application window
the original, former content was filling up some 60% of width and height, being bound to top left. The other areas (an inversed L) were sort of black, random or felt translucent.
I felt like i can/dont-want to interact but to cause the contents to get to full window size - thus i pulled at the bottom right corner for resize.
After the resize, the whole window client area had switched to black and stayed that way. I felt like i don't want to randomly click around with unprecedented effects. Moving the mouse across did not give me any cursor changes, that far as i could observe. Menus were gone as well, except for the top control bar with its icons and its functionally minimalistic window-menu option (right click). I think i tried maximizing/minimizing/windowed options with no curing effect at all.
I finally decided to totally close the application window. Then i restarted the application - and it looked fine with contents as it should an interaction working.
How can we reproduce this?
(see above)
Did you upload all of your necessary log files, screenshots, etc.?
