background/incremental saving

On the binary I'm currently looking at (which is 25MB), on Binary Ninja 2.2.2487 on a MacBook Pro, pressing "save" takes around 45-50 seconds every time. That's pretty slow, and since it blocks the whole UI it naturally means I can't save very often, and have to risk losing unsaved work. It would be much nicer if Binary Ninja could continuously update the database on disk as changes are made.

I was alerted that dev builds had improved save performance, and sure enough, on 2.2.2522-dev, saving the same database only takes 10 seconds. Much better! …But still a noticeable wait; updating the database as changes are made could make saving instantaneous.

There's some work being done on the current database performance, but the better long-term fix involves some other changes that aren't scheduled soon that will allow for background/incremental saving. I'm going to re-title this bug to track that planned feature since I don't think we have any others currently tracking it.
