Ship won't load the chunk its at

This issue occurs when only Valkyrien Skies and addons are installed and no other mods

• I have tested this issue and it occurs when no other mods are installed

Issue description

Either the ship's chunk or the chunk the ship is located is loading, the other chunk won't load.

Issue reproduction

1. Build a ship at a chunk far away from spawn
2. Put repeat command blocks on the ship and in the chunk the ship located, say something different in the command blocks.
3. Force load the chunk the ship is at.
4. Leave the chunk.
5. Only the command block in the chunk is running, but the command block on the ship isn't.

6. With other mods chunk loader, you also can load the ship only. which only run the command block on the ship but not the one in the chunk.
