This issue occurs when only Valkyrien Skies and addons are installed and no other mods

• I have tested this issue and it occurs when no other mods are installed

Ships or entity do not spawn when game rule "doMobspawning" is on false

Issue reproduction

Make a new world, go to more, click game rule, scroll to spawn mob, turn it off, create world, try to make ship, ship gone, man sad
