Upgrades to Disassembler

Remove block number editbox and checkbox. Block number can be specified
in the address editbox by placing a space between block and offset.

Checkbox to enable/disable Auto Track

Os9 Mode no longer dependant on block addressing

Rework hilites to include the entire disassembly line.

Info / error line sometimes seems to not refresh properly

A problem disassembly of code after FE00 which somehow seems to be used
by Nitros9 shell.  Processor state has the same issue.
