Chiseled Bookshelf displays tooltip wrong?

Hi, when hovering over a chiseled bookshelf with a book in it it displays a toltip with "kaleido-tooltip-mark".
Maybe its possible to disable this or the entire tooltip?

What mods are you using? (or you can just upload your latest.log file)
It seems that the mod is being overriden by some mod.

It is indeed a long list ^_^
I can only help you if you can identify which mod adds the ability to view tooltips from Chiseled Bookselves.
