Our test cases need to cover multiple dims/coords

Several user reports showed that with presence of "time" etc. , our functions (e.g. zonal mean, subsets, etc.) may be mishandling coords from source to the output. 

Adding at least time dimension to the mesh files in our testing suite and considering addition of some test cases can help us cover such cases better.
