Filter outlier analysis results by pathology stain (or any gene set icon)

Add UI to view only outlier analysis gene results that are annotated with any icon from the special GeneSetGroup. (or -- to sort and put those at the top? Or -- to pick which icon you want to view and view only results with that particular icon, instead of any icon?)

We can do this with Handsontable by using their built-in filtering options.
(This is if we implement the thing where there's another column which is
the gene annotation.)
