I have been playing with @typefox/pyright-browser and met the same issue as https://github.com/TypeFox/monaco-languageclient/issues/667

Browser pyright's filesystem fails to recognize any newly added files

After looking into the original solution to convert it, I realized it may need us to manually send a custom notification manually to inform it.
