Tooltip preview for block types in the suggestion menu #61
Description
User Need
As a BlockNote user browsing the slash/suggestion menu, I need a tooltip that shows a preview and description of a block before insertion, so I can understand what the block looks like and how it behaves without inserting it into the document. 
Goal(s)
- Display a lightweight preview on hover over each block item in the suggestion menu that visually represents the block’s appearance once inserted. 
- Include descriptive text in the tooltip to explain the block’s purpose or common usage patterns. 
- Reduce trial-and-error insertions by providing clearer block selection information upfront. 
- Enhance discoverability and decision speed when working with unfamiliar (custom) blocks.
