No error message when doc upload format is not accepted or recognized

Describe the bug
When I upload a document format that's not allowed or recognized I get "Loading ..." but no error message.

@virgile-dev I haven't been able to reproduce this, but would definitely be a bug.

• are you still able to reproduce this?
• what kind of file are you uploading?

This was a zip file. Can't reproduce. Do you have error messages implemented when something goes wrong ?

We'll add sentry on our website, at the moment we don't have this. Closing for now - let me know if this reoccurs. (could have been an internet connection issue?)
