It keeps spamming the error and eventually crashes the server.
Server version: 1.21.11 Leaf
TuffX+ version: Latest

Does 'Latest' mean latest release (1.0.0) or latest beta? (this is why you always put the version number, even if you think it's obvious)

Also, you didn't tell me you were using Leaf. That changes things. Turning off asynchronous chunk loading may fix this for now.
